For his exhibition entitled UNPREDICTABLE at Kunstraum Dornbirn Peter Sandbichler developed two news oversized sculptures, following on from existing series of works. The expansive installation made of recycled packaging material and new “skull”, that are both extraordinary in its dimensions, where both created especially for the unique exhibition hall of Kunstraum Dornbirn. Peter Sandbichler likes to use cardboard as the basic material for his installations, which he folds and assembles to individual elements, these modules are then repeated and form huge sculptures. The title of the exhibition UNPREDICTABLE in the sense of incalculably is ambiguous and can be applied to the state of the world in general, to art itself and to the artist in particular.

As part of the show a catalogue published at Verlag für Moderne Kunst will be released in August 2021.
