Born 1927 in Feld am See/Carinthia (Austria), studies architecture at the technical University of Graz and is among the Austrian representatives of the European Avantgarde of the late fifties and early sixties. In 1959 he receives the Joanneumpreis, between 1964-69 he issues the magazine “Bischoffshausen und die Kultur” (Bischoffshausen and Culture) and dies in 1987 in Villach/Carinthia.
